Funghi con ripieno al formaggio


Ingredients
Serves 4
8 large mushrooms
225 grams Pecorino cheese in 1 slice
50 grams butter
1 garlic clove, crushed
225 grams breadcrumbs
parsley, finely chopped
extra virgin olive oil

Directions
Pre-heat oven 220°C (425°F)
Clean and slice mushroom in half. Brush all over with olive oil and place in baking tin. Cut cheese in slices and put a slice into the center of each mushroom. Melt butter in a frying pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Stir in breadcrumbs and parsley and remove from heat. Spoon the mixture over the cheese, and press down firmly. Cook for 10-12 minutes in hot oven and serve.
