Tartellette con cipolla e mozzarella


Ingredients
Serves 4-6
250 grams prepared puff pastry
2 red onions
1 red bell pepper
8 small tomatoes
100 grams mozzarella fior di latte
oregano
salt
pepper

Directions
Pre-heat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Line baking sheet with baking paper.
Lay out pastry on lined baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the bell pepper into thin strips. Thinly slice the onions and cut tomatoes into thick slices. Cook the vegetables on a grill.
Cut the mozzarella into small pieces. Evenly cover the pastry squares with the vegetables and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with oregano and bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.

This is basically a very tasty pizza on a pastry crust.
