Linguine spinaci, fagiolini e caffè


Ingredients
Serves 4
350 grams linguine
100 grams string beans
60 grams fresh spinach, washed and patted dry
60 grams butter
4 little cups of Italian brewed coffee
2 tsp single cream
salt

Directions
Cook the string beans in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes. Drain and split open (lengthwise).
Bring a large pot of water to boil for the pasta, add a little salt and 3 small cups of coffee. When the water starts to boil again, add the linguine. In a large skillet, melt 40 grams of the butter and sauté the string beans. Add the remaining coffee, the cream and spinach.
Drain the linguine al-dente and place in the skillet. Stir to coat well and add remaining butter. Sauté for about a minute and serve immediately.

Tasted little bland considering it smelled so strongly of coffee.
