The amounts are approximate because we did not get a written recipe for this dish, our professor just whipped it up real quick. Apparently, this is the "poor" man's pasta because it uses simple ingredients you can find in any kitchen. The bread crumbs are a cheap alternative to Parmesan cheese. Just use what tastes best!
Ingredients
Ingredients
2 onions
1 chili pepper
4 tbsp bread crumbs
~1 pound of pasta
~1/2 cup olive oil
~2 tbsp salt
Directions
Thinly slice the onions and chop up the chili pepper into very small pieces. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the onions and chili pepper and cook until soft, stirring frequently. Then add the bread crumbs to the pan.
Meanwhile, boil a large pot of water with the salt to cook the pasta. When the pasta is done, drain and add to the pan of onions, pepper, and bread crumbs. Throughly mix everything together and serve!

Simple, but still extremely tasty.
