Ingredients
Serves 4-6
2 bananas
2 kiwis
2 apples
2 pears
2 slices pineapple
100 grams sugar
Amaretto or similar
1 grapefruit for presentation
wooden skewers
Directions
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
Grease a baking sheet with butter
Wash and peel the fruit and cut into pieces, approximately all the same size. Put in a large bowl and stir in the sugar and sprinkle with the Amaretto. Set aside in fridge for 30 minutes. Prepare the kebobs and set on prepared sheet, bake for about 10 minutes, brushing often with the liquid. Sprinkle with any left over liquid, stick kebobs in face down half of grapefruit (can be made with any kind of fruit).Rating: ★★★★★
The warm fruit with sweet sauce is delicious.
